Shamanic Journeying Class

Already being familiar with traveling to Non Ordinary Reality is preferred, but not absolutely necessary. Recommended reading if new; Michael Harman's "Way of the Shaman," also Alberto Villoldo's "The Four Insights." Please bring an eye cover and yoga mat or beach towel, plus a rattle or drum if you have them. $10 per session to cover the use of the space and supplies.
