A friend recently reminded me of a translation from the Bible~ The best way to pick yourself up out of the muck is to pull someone else out first. The more we focus on a reality that is filled with gratitude and being mindful of those things which we should always be grateful for, the less time we spend focusing on things we want and seem out of our reach.
